Village Voice is the mid-year newsletter

There are two CLVLA newsletters. The Village Voice is mid-year or any special notices could be a flyer or post. One of our block members has a monthly newsletter named the Cedar Reader. Sometimes they provide us with incite on what's happening with the Condos HOA.
